Junior Player Development Program Monday-Thursday 4:30-6pm April 19th- September 11th
8:30-10am Starting June 11th through September 11th
This unique program incorporates the “Six Components of Golf Improvement,” Basic FUNdamentals, Shot Making Skills, Equipment, Mental and Emotional Management, Course Management and most importantly Physical Conditioning. Golfers ages 8-16 of all skill levels will progress through this fun, fast, friendly and flexible lesson program. Most sessions will include a 5-minute warm-up, 15-minutes of putting, 15-minutes of short-game, and 25-minutes of the full swing. The 90 minute fitness sessions will incorporate 30-minutes of group fitness training stations designed to build athletic performance. We will usually play once a week (usually Thursday morning) and coach rules and etiquette, clubs selection and course strategy.

30-minutes of fitness training (stability, mobility, strength, endurance taught through fun games and activities)
20-minutes of putting
20-minutes of short game (10-yard chip, 15-yard pitch, 15-yard lob, 20-yard pitch, 30-yard pitch and 50-yard pitch are the 6 most common shots around the green.
20-minutes of full swing
